Welcome Note on Call for Proposals:

The Climate Change Commission is pleased to announce that the call for proposals for the People's Survival Fund is now open, eligible proponents from local government units (LGUs) and local/community organizations (L/CO) are invited to submit their climate adaptation project proposals.

Please be reminded that proponents shall only be allowed to submit one (1) project proposal throughout the entire duration of the call.

Make sure to fill-in and review your entries prior to submission. Proposals with missing or incomplete data will not be accepted by the system. Reference document/s to your proposal may be uploaded in .doc or .pdf format.
